I’ve started reading this book about how to slow biological aging. While it’s very interesting I’ve found the suggestions to be surface-level so far. The book is clearly aimed at a general audience, and it’s trying to encourage them to care about biological aging. But if you already care about the topic and want to get into the nitty-gritty, this book doesn’t seem ideal.
