These Terms of Service (“Terms“) govern your access to and use of the services, email notifications, applications, buttons, and any information, text, graphics, photos, or other materials uploaded, downloaded, or appearing on the Services (collectively referred to as “Content“).
You are responsible for your use of the Services, for any Content you post to the Services, and for any consequences thereof. The Content you submit, post, or display will be able to be viewed by other users of the Services and through third-party services and websites. You should only provide Content that you are comfortable sharing with others under these Terms.
The Services that Crokes provides are always evolving and the form and nature of the Services that Crokes provides may change from time to time without prior notice to you. In addition, Crokes may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Services (or any features within the Services) to you or users generally and may not be able to provide you with prior notice.
Your Privacy is very important. Your passwords, email, and other stuff (including your avatar, posts, etc.) are safely stored with Crokes. Crokes never collect your personal information except for the email address you provided when signed up and will never share it to anyone including the content you post. Any user can see your updates, your followers can be seen in public but not your password and emails.
You are responsible for the content you are posting. Anything you post illegally or about terrorism, you will be responsible for that. Crokes might automatically delete that post/update under special circumstances or if it violates the rules, regulations, and laws. Crokes will not take responsibility for such content. If it is a more critical situation Crokes can ban you for doing so. Any use or reliance on any Content or materials posted via the Services or obtained by you through the Services is at your own risk.
Specific threats of bodily harm include details of how and when an act will take place. Posts that say a person will come to a certain spot at a particular time and be injured or hurt are clear red flags. Everything from terrorism and crime to bounties and beatdowns. It’s all out of bounds.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Services and for any activities or actions under your password. Crokes encourage you to use “strong” passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account. Crokes cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above. But you can contact Crokes for recovery of the password.
This license is you authorizing Crokes to make your Updates available to the rest of the world and to let others do the same.
You can post, or upload anything you like please keep in mind that it shouldn’t violate Crokes terms and laws of your government. It should not be illegal.
Crokes may modify or adapt your Content to transmit, display or distribute it over computer networks and in various media and/or make changes to your Content as are necessary to conform and adapt that Content to any requirements or limitations of any networks, devices, services, or media.
Crokes gives you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, and non-exclusive license to use the software that is provided to you by Crokes as part of the Services. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling you to use and enjoy the benefit of the Services as provided by Crokes, in the manner permitted by these Terms.
The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Australia, India, and foreign countries.
Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may provide regarding Crokes or the Services is entirely voluntary and Crokes will be free to use such feedback, comments, or suggestions as we see fit and without any obligation to you. Crokes appreciate your feedback and take it very seriously to improve your experience.
All the logos, lines, names, and others are the intellectual property of Crokes.
Crokes reserve the right to remove Content alleged to be infringing without prior notice, at our sole discretion, and without liability to you. In appropriate circumstances, Crokes will also terminate a user’s account if the user is determined to be a repeat infringer as explained above.
You are free to use Crokes services outside the Crokes network with third parties.
You will not post unauthorized commercial communications (such as spam) on Crokes.
You will not collect users’ content or information.
You will not engage in unlawful multi-level marketing, such as a pyramid scheme, on Crokes.
You will not upload viruses or other malicious code.
You will not solicit login information or access an account belonging to someone else. If you do, you will be responsible for that.
You will not bully, intimidate, or harass any user however, you are free to post your own opinions on anything.
You will not post content that: is hate speech, threatening, or pornographic; incites violence, or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence. If you do Crokes can remove that post anytime.
You will not do anything that could disable, overburden, or impair the proper working or appearance of Crokes.
You will not provide any false personal information on Crokes, or create an account for anyone other than yourself without permission.
If you select a username or similar identifier for your account, Crokes reserve the right to remove or reclaim it if we believe it is appropriate (such as when a trademark owner complains about a username that does not closely relate to a user’s actual name).
You will not post content or take any action on Crokes that infringes or violates someone else’s rights or otherwise violates the law.
You will not use Crokes copyrights or trademarks (including Crokes, the Crokes and C Logos, CK, Update, other logos and buttons), or any confusingly similar marks, except as expressly permitted by Crokes Brand Usage Guidelines or with Crokes prior written permission.
You will not post anyone’s identification documents or sensitive financial information on Crokes.
