Been listening to this on audiobook, which makes it sound similar to the YouTube videos of his college lectures. The advice itself is basic, but it shows how things that are actually quite simple are not as common as they should be.

The thing I am confused about is how the book is such a bestseller, but I see little discussion of the actual book’s content – only discussion of Peterson himself. It’s odd to have a book that has been so successful and obviously helped many people, and yet the ideas presented in the book don’t get discussed. Interesting. 🤔
