After having written the book over 7 years ago I’m finally thinking I’m going to change the name of my book, once titled: The Healthy Guide to Nutrition and Living. to something catchier and then publish myself on smashwords.

I’m also thinking of publishing a novel too that I’ve been writing yet it’s a work in progress.

I’m quite busy at the moment however because I’m still very involved with the company I founded in 2012, yet I always write a bit when I can.
